A message to our customers at this difficult time.
We appreciate you might be worried about the impact of coronavirus on your insurance policy. We wanted to get in touch to reassure you that we are here to help with any concerns you might have about your policy and to assure you that our teams are on hand, keeping things running ‘as normal’ for you during this difficult time.
Like many other businesses, the safety and wellbeing of our staff and customers are paramount.
We have asked all our staff to work from home to be able to assist you. We have multiple teams working so that we can adapt to the changes and keep supporting you with all your insurance needs. For several reasons, we have temporarily reduced our ‘office hours. We will continue to open at 9am but will now close at 6.00pm. And you can contact us via phone, email and social media. Please bear with us during this time, while our staff adjust during the current climate.
Secondly, as of March 24th, we will no longer be able to accept cheque as a form of payment. This is for both personal lines (Car, Van, Home Insurance Customers) and commercial lines of insurance. Payments can still be made via credit and debit cards and for commercial customers, BACS transfers.
