In order to provide our customers with competitive premiums we must build strong relationships with the insurers that provide them. It is critical for us to keep in constant contact with all of our insurance providers so that we can continue providing a high level of service for the insured and the insurer.

Since our beginnings in the 1960’s, Bedford Insurance has established a well-respected brand with many customers enjoying our service for years but in an era of improved communication we feel that by talking with our customers more we can continue to offer more and thrive even further.

We strive to train all our agents to achieve a Cert CII level qualification. On top of this, all agents take part in continuous training during their time with the company which is reported on a quarterly basis. Getting great feedback through the online review platforms has proved an excellent motivational tool and also allows us to react quickly to bad practice, should it come to light.
